Throughout the years, Finterra has been incubating and assisting, twice a year, graduating students from different universities locally and internationally through a three to six months rigorous industry employability development program.
Besides facilitating the integration of many graduate students to the professional market, Finterra has assisted researchers in various fields and contributed to exposing them to the practical aspect of the Islamic social finance industry.
