Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 1st March 2021 – Finterra Technologies Sdn Bhd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with iFintell Business Intelligence Sdn. Bhd (‘iFintell’) which will facilitate and build-on enhancing existing joint activities between the two organizations.
The announcement on the MoU was made by Finterra’s Managing Director, Mr Satesh Khemlani, according to whom, the purpose of the MoU is to establish a mutual agreement between the Parties for a common interest in relation to research and development activities, digital innovation, industry and academic trainings and workshops as well as consultancy.
The signing ceremony, which took place virtually, saw Managing Director, Mr Satesh Khemlani and Founder, Mr Hamid Rashid representing Finterra, while iFintell was represented by Mr Ashraful Mobin, its Managing Director.
Mr Satesh went on to say that, “Finterra is incredibly happy to collaborate with a dynamic and enabling partner in iFintell. This cooperation is definitely in line with our vision, future development strategies and will enable us to leverage on iFintell’s expertise to further develop the Finterra brand name”
According to Mr Mobin of iFintell, “by recognizing the importance of research and development both Parties will support each other in capacity building plans through the provision of expertise in a wide range of knowledge-based activities in academia and industry by collaborating in research, training and consultancy services.
The scope of collaboration will cover the following areas:
- Research & development
- Co-holding conferences, seminars, symposium
- Data consultancy
- Financial consultancy
- Exchange of research personnel, experts and consultants
- Digital innovation
- Collaborative training platform
- Outreaching global sales and market
- Other research and development areas mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
It is envisioned that the symbiotic relationship between iFintell and Finterra will create multiple positive synergistic social and economic impact that will benefit both parties and it clients globally.
